Tree Ordering:  September 1st through October 1st.
We are ordering trees at the earliest possible date to give member the best opportunity to get the trees they want

Check out the WDNR Website for available species:   http://dnr.wi.gov/topic/TreePlanting/order/inventory.asp
Check the website daily if the entire inventory list shows “unavailable”.

To place your order send a TEXT MESSAGE to: 608-720-8395.

Include: 1.) YOUR FULL NAME  2.) SPECIES  3.) NUMBER OF SEEDLINGS

 

Please note:

  1. Minimum 25 trees per species.
  2. Maximum of 200 tree seedlings per member.
  3. Some species may not be available when the order is placed.
  4. You may not receive the exact number of each species requested.
  5. Trees typically arrive mid-April. (Expect a reply text when they arrive with pick up information.)

STOUGHTON CONSERVATION CLUB ELECTION FOR BOARD OF DIRECTORS MONDAY SEPTEMBER 14 at 7:30 PM

The annual meeting of the Stoughton Conservation Club membership will be held on September 14, 2020 at the clubhouse located at 918 Collins Road, Stoughton WI 53589 at 7:30 PM for the purpose of electing directors and other business.

 

Each year 5 directors are voted into office for a term of 3 years at the annual membership meeting in September.  Director nominees must be voting members in good standing for a minimum of 3 years.  Nominations will be accepted either in advance or at the annual meeting.  Nominees must be present at the annual meeting.  Qualified members with an interest to become a director can contact the club secretary (Roger Zoch: 608-235-9308), the elections chairman (Gary Locke: 608-225-4441), via email to the club website sccmembership@stoughtoncc.com or in person at the beginning of the annual meeting.

Indoor & Outdoor Archery Ranges: Open 24/7*

Rifle Range: Monday-Friday from 8:00 A.M. to Sunset; Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 P.M. (or sunset if before 5 PM); and Sunday from 8:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M*

Trap & Skeet Fields: Check calendar

 

*Unless a Club or private event is scheduled for its use, in which case it is closed. Check the Club Calendar prior to coming down to use the range.

Membership Renewal

How to renew your membership
SCC membership renewals are due on the first of the month you joined our club. For example if
you joined on January 14th 2019, your renewal date is January 1st 2020. Your membership
expiration date is on the ID card you received when you joined.
Mail a $75 check to: SCC, POB 366, Stoughton WI 53589. You can also put a check in one of
the drop boxes inside the entrance to each of our facilities. Please include any contact
information changes when you renew your membership. You can renew for more than one year
at a time, but only in full year ($75) increments.
We ask members to submit their renewal on or before their membership anniversary so that we
do not have to send them a reminder. Postcard reminders are sent when 30 days PAST DUE.
Access cards are deactivated at 60 days past due. After 60 days past due you will need to
rejoin, take the new member orientation again and pay the additional new member fees.

Guest Policy

The general public is only permitted during supervised scheduled events. You
may bring guests to the club. Members are limited to one guest on club grounds
at a time. Each guest is limited to
three visits per calendar year
and must be
accompanied by a current member. Guests must be sponsored by you, signed
in and be accompanied by you at all times. Any misdeed incurred by your guest
will be your responsibility. You will be held accountable and your membership
is at risk of expulsion. A guest may use the ranges if registered by paying a $10
fee for a one day guest pass. This fee is waived for a guest visiting the grounds
as a prospective member but no range use will be allowed. Your spouse is
NOT allowed to sponsor guests, unless they also have an access card. Past or
delinquent members may use the ranges ONLY as a sponsored guest as outlined
above and no exceptions will be made.
