Long Range Orientation for Trap and Skeet 8/17
The next orientation for the Long Range system is August 17, at 6:30 PM.

2022 Board of Directors Election Notice
NOTICE OF ELECTION
In accordance with Article IV section 2 of the by-laws of the Stoughton Conservation club, Members are hereby notified of the election of Board of Directors for The Stoughton Conservation Club to be held on Monday September 12, 2022 beginning at 7:00 P.M. Any member in good standing that is interested in being on the ballot must notify Gary Locke, election chair at garylocke10@gmail.com or Dave Everett, President pro-tem. at dbeverett594@gmail.com. Please respond before September 1, 2022.
Nominations will be accepted from the floor and that person must be present to accept the nomination.
NOTICE OF SPECIAL ELECTION
Due to a resignation, a special election will be held to elect a Board member to fill a one year term. Nominations will be taken from the floor and that person must be present to accept the nomination.
As in all elections, you must be a member in good standings for the previous 3 consecutive years.

The 5th Annual Sporting Clays Event and Raffle to benefit cancer research at the UW Carbone Cancer Center will be held July 16th at Stoughton Conservation Club.
Time: 9 AM – 3 PM
Date: July 16th
Cost: $25 per round of 50. (Optional $5 Lewis Class)

Ammo is available to purchase for use at the event.
This event is cash only, and there is no ATM on site.
There are lots of amazing raffle prizes, but you do not need to shoot to enter the raffles. Check out some of the raffle prizes on the Facebook page:

Long Range Orientation for Trap and Skeet
Our new Long Range system allows club members who have completed the orientation to shoot trap and skeet during club shooting hours. The system allows members to purchase rounds at a kiosk with a credit card, which can be used any time.
The next orientation night is Monday, July 18.
There is no sign-up this time! Just show up at 6:00 or 6:30.

Scoring
Teams will score for the team that follows them. For example, the 6:00 team will score for the 6:30 team. The 6:30 team needs to show up early to score for the 6:00 team. They will also score for the 7:00 team.
PLEASE SHOW UP EARLY and START ON TIME!
Don’t forget to sign your score card!
Last team (9:00) is responsible for filing the trap house, putting away speakers, score chair, receiver, and general clean-up (garbage, empty hulls, etc.)

There will be four sporting clays events hosted by Stoughton Conservation Club in 2022:

- June 18th
- July 16th – Give Cancer Both Barrels Benefit
- August 20th
All events run 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM.

50 Bird Sporting Clays:
- $20 to shoot ($25 for July shoot)
- $15 Youth
- $5 Lewis Class (optional)
Viking Lead Slingers will have food for sale to benefit their youth shooting group.

2022 Kids Fisheree – June 4
2022 Kids Fisheree – Saturday, June 4th
FREE Registration:
- 8:00 AM – 11:15AM
- At Division St. Park (by Forton St. bridge)
- Open to all children up to age 14
All weigh-ins will need to be finished by 11:15 AM.
Winners will be announced and prizes awarded at 11:30 AM.
Kids need to bring:
- Fishing Pole
- Bait
- Adult
Fish judges will be by the water to measure and record fish.
Fisheree is CATCH and RELEASE only!
