NOTICE OF ELECTION

In accordance with Article IV section 2 of the by-laws of the Stoughton Conservation club, Members are hereby notified of the election of Board of Directors for The Stoughton Conservation Club to be held on Monday September 12, 2022 beginning at 7:00 P.M. Any member in good standing that is interested in being on the ballot must notify Gary Locke, election chair at garylocke10@gmail.com or Dave Everett, President pro-tem. at dbeverett594@gmail.com. Please respond before September 1, 2022.

Nominations will be accepted from the floor and that person must be present to accept the nomination.

NOTICE OF SPECIAL ELECTION

Due to a resignation, a special election will be held to elect a Board member to fill a one year term. Nominations will be taken from the floor and that person must be present to accept the nomination.

As in all elections, you must be a member in good standings for the previous 3 consecutive years.
