2025 Spring and Summer Events and Leagues

There’s a lot going on at Stoughton conservation Club in 2025. Here’s a list of planned events and leagues.

Membership Banquet/Smelt Feed – April 5th

The annual Membership Banquet is on Saturday, April 5th.

Will will have a smelt fry and chicken with several side options.

Doors open at 5:00 PM. Dinner at 6:00 PM. Program at 7:00 PM.

Cost is $15/person and there will be door prizes. MEMBERS ONLY!

Leagues

We have four leagues for spring and summer.

All leagues at SCC are for members only. If you’d like to join, please attend an in person orientation at 6:00 PM on the 2nd Monday of the month.

Summer Trap League

Summer trap league runs from May 1st through August 8. Fun night/awards banquet is August 14th.

The league Organizational Meeting is Wednesday, April 9th at 6:30 PM. This was formerly the captains meeting, but all trap league members are welcome to attend.

There will be a Long Range orientation on April 9th at 5:30 PM.

• May 1 – First night of league – VLS Bucket Raffle Fundraiser
• July 3 – No League

3D Archery League

3D Archery League will run for 8 weeks starting on April 2nd.

Broadhead Archery League

Broadhead archery league starts on June 4th and runs until the end of August.

Blacksheep Pistol Leauge

The Blacksheep Pistol League will run for 8 weeks starting Wednesday, April 4th.

Spring and Summer Activities – Open to the Public

The activities are open to members and the public.

3D Archery

3D Night Shoot – Friday, April 18

HHA 3D Archery Tournament – Saturday, April 26

Proceeds from this 3D archery event will benefit veterans and first responders. There will be two 22 target courses.

April 26: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Cost: Adults $30/Youth $15

All SCC shooting ranges will be CLOSED all day on April 26th to allow anyone who might be sensitive to gunshots or loud noise to enjoy the archery course.

Sporting Clays

We will hold 4 Sporting Clays events at SCC. The Sporting Clays course is set up on the 3rd Saturday of each month from May through August.

Sporting clays opens at 9:00 AM. The last group will go out by 3:00 PM.

Women’s Open Pistol

Women are welcome to attend the Women’s Open Pistol shoot at the indoor pistol range. Bring your pistol, ammo, targets, and eye and ear protection. Meet other women shooters!

A woman NRA certified pistol instructor and range safety officer will be on hand.

Trapathlon – September 6

We will hold the 2nd annual Trapathlon on Saturday, September 6th. More details to come.

Kids Fisheree – TBD

The Kids Fisheree will take place near the Forton Street Bridge in June. Date is TBD.
