Membership renewals are due on the first of the month, one year after you join. Renewals are $100 per year. We ask members to submit the renewal on or before their membership anniversary so that we do not have to send them a reminder.
For example, if you joined on June 11, 2018, your next renewal date was June 1, 2019. Renewal fees can:
- be dropped into boxes inside the entrances of the Main Clubhouse and Pistol Building,
- be mailed to Stoughton Conservation Club (PO Box 366, Stoughton, WI 53589).
Postcard reminders are sent when 30 days PAST DUE.
Access cards are deactivated at 60 days PAST DUE.
Sixty (60) days past the renewal date (e.g. July 31st, 2019 using our example) all associated access cards will be deactivated, and the member and spouses will be required to rejoin as new members, including taking the orientation.
