Deer Hunter’s Firearm Sight-In

This event is open to the public.

Each fall, the Stoughton Conservation Club hosts a public Sight-In for all types of deer hunting firearms, including rifles, shotguns, muzzle loaders, and hand guns. The 25, 50, and 100 yard ranges are available. Bore sighting and scope mounting are included. This event is typically held starting the Saturday before the Wisconsin Gun Deer season through Thursday that week plus the previous weekend.

2025 Dates, Times, and Cost:

  • November 8-9
  • November 15-20

Times: 8:30 AM to 3 PM. (All shooting must end at 3 PM)
Cost: $10 Per Gun (CASH ONLY!)

The rifle range is CLOSED to all shooters on Friday, November 21st.

Cost Includes:

The club provides covered shooting benches, rests, targets, spotting scopes, and adjustment tools. Experienced spotters are available to assist participants.

What to Bring:

Bring your UNLOADED firearm and the appropriate ammunition.

Please bring your hearing and eye protection (we will have some available, if you forget your own).
