Rules & Procedures Handbook

The Rules & Procedures Handbook documents the set of guidelines by which the Club and its membership operate.

The version of the Handbook linked here, in PDF form, will be the latest, and supersedes all previous versions. There are (usually) printed copies of the Handbook (8.5″x11″ stapled) located in the bar areas of both the Main Clubhouse and Pistol Building.

The rules in the Handbook apply to all activities on Club grounds and/or in Club facilities, and/or when representing the Club. Additional rules and exceptions may apply to specific events, as determined by the Board of Directors. In no circumstance do these rules supersede local, state, or federal laws. If in doubt, please consult the activity leader or Board of Directors.

Portions of the Handbook are also available on the Club web site. If there is a discrepancy between what the Handbook and the web site says, please let us know, but defer to the Handbook version.

The Handbook is revised periodically as needed, such as when facilities change. Feedback about the Handbook should be directed to the Club Secretary and/or Board of Directors.
